 WHOLESALE ORDERING INFORMATION
AgriTab Corporation is a U.S. manufacturer of fertilizer tablets, spikes, and polymer-coated fertilizer products. Our AgSafe retail and growers bulk products are only available for wholesale purchase by Garden Centers, Nursery Retailers, Landscape Supply Dealers, and Wholesale Growing Nurseries. We also have several Distributors that sell our products at wholesale prices to nursery and retail businesses. We do not sell directly to the Public, Professional Gardeners, Landscape Contractors, and non-related retail businesses. We require a State Nursery License and a State Resale License (Garden Centers & Retailers) to order our products. Place your online order, we will contact you to verify your order, estimate any additional shipping charges, and obtain your State Nursery License Number or State Resale Number. Upon your approval, we will process your credit card payment (at time of shipping) and ship your wholesale order.

U.S. 48 STATES ORDERS
Wholesale Orders for Retail Products and Landscaper Boxes - There are no shipping charges for ordering AgSafe Retail Products at the wholesale price. The online wholesale price for a retail product includes the cost for shipping. You will notice '(Price Includes USPS Shipping Charges)' statement in the product descriptions.
Distributor Retail Orders & Growers Bulk Products - AgSafe Growers Bulk Boxes are heavy and do require additional shipping charges on your order. You will notice '(Price Does Not Include Shipping Charges)' statement in the bulk box products descriptions. When we receive your online order, we will contact you with the estimated shipping charges. Upon your approval, we will add the shipping charges to your order, process your credit card payment (at time of shipment), and ship your order. Please contact us for any questions or shipping cost estimates.
U.S. HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, & GUAM ORDERS
Wholesale Orders for Retail Products and Landscaper Boxes - All orders will be packaged and shipped in USPS Flat Rate Priority Boxes. There are no shipping charges for ordering AgSafe Retail Products at the wholesale price. The online wholesale price for a retail product includes the cost for shipping. You will notice '(Price Includes USPS Shipping Charges)' statement in the product descriptions. We will contact you when we receive your online order to verify your order. Upon your approval, we will process your credit card payment (at time of shipment) and ship your order by USPS Priority Mail.

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Wholesale Orders for Retail Products & Landscape Boxes - These retail products and boxes are packaged and shipped in USPS Global Priority Flat Rate Mail Boxes. USPS Global Priority shipping charges are applied for every box shipped.

How to Order: Place your website order as normal. When we receive your international order - we will contact you with the adjusted shipping charges. Upon your approval, we will then process your credit card payment (at time of shipment) and ship your order. There is an additional $10 international customs documents charge for every order shipped. Please allow for 48 hours for order approval and fulfillment on in-stock items, and 7-10 days for international shipping. AgriTab Corporation reserves the right to cancel any international order. FREIGHT
Shipping charges are assessed at actual cost. Orders can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and LTL Carriers (weight over 300 lbs.). Freight is prepaid for all orders over $3000.00. Prepaid freight will be forfeited if an invoice is not paid within order terms. Special custom orders, non-stock items, residential delivery, lift gate, appointment scheduling, and other related shipping charges are not included in freight prepayment and will be added to order shipping charges.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All Distributor and Wholesale orders shipped are considered Final. Any Buyer Credit Card Chargeback charges without AgriTab Corporation approval will be Reversed and the Buyer will be fully responsible for all chargeback charges, collection fees, and associated attorney fees.
DAMAGED FREIGHT
It is important that you inspect all delivered freight carefully upon receipt. In the event, that Shipment damages or shortages have occurred, please notify the shipment carrier and note damage on the Bill of Lading. NOTIFY AGRITAB CORPORATION IMMEDIATELY. Should you accept damaged goods by signing for them, the claim for damage becomes your responsibility, and we are then unable to assist you in processing this claim.
RETURNS
Items ordered and returned in a resalable condition, are subject to a 15% restocking fee and Buyer provides the returned shipping charges. All Shipment Returns MUST BE APPROVED BY AGRITAB CORPORATION and MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. The original order purchase amount, less the 15% restocking fee, will be refunded via open credit on your account; and can be used on future order purchases. AgriTab Corporation reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and refuse any damaged or returned shipment orders.
OUT-OF-STOCK
AgriTab Corporation strives to have all retail and growers bulk products at adequate inventory levels to avoid partial shipping of orders. When an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you to schedule an appropriate time to ship or place the out-of-stock item on backorder. If an order item is 'time-critical' - please call us immediately.
PRICING
AgSafe retail product and growers bulk product prices are subject to change without notice due to the nature of manufacturing and material costs. Please contact us to clarify any prices in question.
PAYMENT TERMS & DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS
All Sales are Final. Open accounts of Net 30 (Wholesale) or Net 60 (Distributors) are available upon approval of credit. We accept prepayment by company check or by credit card (VISA and MasterCard). All accounts must be current before further order shipments can be made. There is a 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annum) assessed in all amounts past due. There is a $35.00 fee for any returned check payments. Any account that is more than 30 days deliquent will be subject to collections and the Buyer will be responsible for all collection and attorney fees. AgriTab reserves the right to change Payment Terms and Conditions.
