The website does not maintain or keep credit card billing information. Any new order requires the customer to enter credit card biliing information.
ORDER CANCELLATION. When cancelling an order, you must contact AgriTab Corporation by phone, fax, or email - within 24 hours of order submission (Standard Business Days). Failure to contact AgriTab Corporation, will result in return shipping charge and a restocking charge of 25 percent (25%). In addition, AgriTab Corporation reserves the right to cancel any order at any time.
OUT-OF-STOCK. From time to time, it is unavoidable, stock shortages will occur. After you place your order, and we notice the items you ordered are on backorder, we will notify you ASAP.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Upon delivery, make note of the damaged packages on the carriers shipping documents and immediately notify the carrier. Damage claims must be directed to the carrier first before AgriTab Corporation can assess the situation and possibly offer assistance.
PRODUCT RETURNS. Should you have problems with our products or not completely satisfied, please notify AgriTab Corporation by phone 1-800-398-3803 within 24 hours of delivery date. All returned order items require a 'Return Authorization Number' and must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase. All returned items must be the complete undamaged item. The shipping charges of any returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds are available for the purchase price of the products.
